- Text the Keyword
Use your company’s unique KEYWORD to request approval for a residual heel sand transfer.
- Choose Your Location
Select your current sand yard or fleet yard. Heel Dispatch coordinates your request with the appropriate receiving facility.
- Receive Confirmation
Once the receiving facility approves your request, you'll receive a confirmation text with your destination, driving directions, and a documented record of the transfer for your records.
(Note: Unique company keywords and regional numbers are securely assigned during fleet onboarding).
