7. SMS Messaging Program Terms
By participating in the Heel Dispatch LLC SMS Messaging Program, you agree to the following terms:
- Program Description: Heel Dispatch LLC provides automated transactional dispatch, routing, facility coordination, and approval notifications to contracted commercial drivers and authorized facility personnel.
- Consent: Participation is voluntary. Users opt in by texting JOIN to their assigned regional dispatch number after reviewing the SMS disclosures available on our website.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on dispatch activity, routing updates, load assignments, and facility coordination.
- Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details regarding your messaging plan.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact contact@heeldispatch.com.
- Carrier Disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy Commitment: No mobile information, SMS opt-in data, consent records, or text messaging originator information will be shared with, sold to, rented to, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with service providers required to deliver the messaging service.
